Our Teens program is designed for ages 12-15. This program will run continuously all year long. Perfect for all levels of athletic ability — whether your child needs conditioning for a sport, or just needs an outlet for regular exercise — Titan Teens is the perfect solution.
For 8 weeks, Titan Kids have an hour of age-appropriate structured play through games, music, and movement like running, jumping, and tumbling. Every class is FUN! Kids begin to learn basic fitness skills that translate directly to the playground and even the sports field!
For 4 weeks, Titan Tots have an hour of structured play through games, music, and movement like running, jumping, and tumbling. Every class is FUN! Kids and tots will begin to learn basic fitness skills that translate directly to the playground and even the sports field!
Working 1-on-1 with a trainer can be one of the best decisions you make for yourself, your children, or even a small group! Our staff of Personal Trainers are highly qualified to take your health and fitness to the next level. Each experience is catered to the needs of the individual or group. Personal Training sessions are 1 hour long.
