I'm 13 and I love music, typically rock, alt rock, or metal. I enjoy playing football and baseball with my friends and just hanging out with people I like. I pride myself on being a good student, friend and all around person.
What led you to try CrossFit?
I was a year-round swimmer for years but eventually had to stop due to scheduling issues with my family. I got into CrossFit to stay in shape and have something fun to do on weekday afternoons.
Why do you continue to CrossFit?
I continued with Crossfit because I loved the people and getting exercise. I also liked challenging myself and learning cool new things.
Share a memorable CrossFit moment that makes you laugh or puts a smile on your face.
Recently Nicole showed me a pen that said "we grow horses" and we laughed about it for quite a long time. It's such a weird phrase
What are you proud of and why?
I'm proud of learning how to climb a rope, as I wasn't able to do it before even with knots. It always seemed really cool to be able to do that and I was impressed by the people who could. I'm proud that I can do something that seemed super hard before.
What's your advice for other CrossFitters or people looking to start?
I would tell people to start as soon as possible and to stick with it!
